Yes: Jack it up from the center of the cross member. It's the only jac point I know of in front. You'll pobably need the front wheel on ramps to get to it.
Nooo: Jack stands go about 1 foot back from the wheels on the "bar" running the length of the body (about 1/2 foot in from the running board). You'll bend the bodywork if you use stands where the factory jack goes.
